		<description>We found that we can put some of this on auto-pilot. We set up an email auto-responder system that sends out mailings on a pre-defined basis. For example, we have different messages sending out after they&#039;ve been on our list for a week, a month, a quarter, a year, etc.

Also, we have a process now for our postcard mailings that keep the messages simple, so a junior person can manage it as part of other ongoing tasks. This way we stay on top of it instead of that nagging feeling of &quot;Gee, we really should be doing something about that.&quot;</description>
