&lt;p&gt;What I can&#039;t find in the survey is the effectiveness of &quot;White-paper-syndication-lead-generating&quot; websites. These websites demand between $25 and $65 for a &quot;qualified lead&quot;. $65 for a company name, contact name, email address and telephone number that still needs to to be verified and investigated (webmail addresses work too on many sites - thus no real value).&lt;/p&gt;
